Privacy Policy

What this site collects

We collect the minimum needed to run a download site: anonymous, aggregate analytics about which pages are visited. We do not run accounts, we do not ask for your name, and we never see your media library.

The analytics we look at are the boring kind: how many people opened the download page this week, which guides get read, and whether a page errors out. That is it. We cannot tie any of it to you personally, and we would not want to. Reezn itself is a local media player: your files stay on your phone, and nothing about your viewing habits ever reaches our servers.

What we never collect

We do not collect the contents of your device, your viewing habits inside the Reezn app, or any personal identifiers beyond what you voluntarily send us by email.

Concretely: no device fingerprints, and nothing is read from the Reezn app on your phone, no advertising IDs, no location data, no list of installed apps, and no filenames from your library. The download is a plain file served over HTTPS. Once it lands on your phone, the transaction is over as far as our servers are concerned.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The single advertisement on download-adjacent pages is served by a third-party ad network, which may use its own cookies per its policy.

If you write to us, your email provider's normal handling applies to that message and nothing else. We do not add your address to any list, because there is no list. There is no newsletter, no account system, and no marketing database to opt out of.

Third parties

Two third parties are involved in running this site. Our hosting provider sees the same anonymous traffic any host sees. The ad network on the homepage and download page may set its own cookies and collect its own analytics under its own policy; we chose a single small banner slot precisely to keep that footprint tiny.

We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data, and we could not identify a Reezn user from it if we tried with anyone, because the data we hold is aggregate and anonymous. There is nothing to sell.

Your control

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to export or delete on request. If you emailed us and want that thread deleted, write back and we will remove it. A privacy request about the ad network's cookies belongs to that network's own opt-out page.
